Wild Dog Media offers a range of training services including bespoke training course design to customer service, sales and communication training to a diverse range of organisations. Whatever the requirement, we are able to design course materials, deliver the programme and measure its effectiveness. The range of courses we offer are: Modern Sales Techniques Telesales Customer Service Communication We meet all our clients in person and avoid the impersonal approach of dealing with clients over the phone until we have established a solid working relationship. We embrace our clients so that they feel we are part of their team, sharing their goals and keeping focused on results. We have experience of delivering over 250 training courses to over 500 Candidates across over 50 organisations in various industries over the past 10 years. Courses have been delivered for client who include: T-Mobile (Formerly One2One) SKY Halifax (Now HBOS) Norwich Union Unilever (Walls Ice Cream Division) BTEC Ocado Udate All our initial meetings are face to face, enabling us to understand your business and your goals, whilst allowing you to understand our business and provide you confidence we are the right business for you. Following our initial meeting and agreement, we will visit you to complete a training needs analysis which will enable us to identify what we can improve and how. We can then produce training delivery course material and proof this out for your approval. We will then agree a date to return and deliver the course to your chosen candidates. Once 3 months have passed, we will return again to observe on the progress made, results gained and witness a positive team in action. Our training sessions are historically quite intensive, fun and informative. We find that this is the best way in which people respond positively and get the most from their session.
